Can I share dietary needs or allergies?

Absolutely. Include allergies, dietary concerns, and preferences with your request before ordering so we can discuss the available options.

Can you style my own table or board?

Yes. In-home table or personal board styling is available for an additional $45. Tell us about your plans in the special requests field.

How do booking and payment work?

Send an order request first. We will confirm availability and your final total. Boxes and boards require full payment; grazing tables and larger events require a 50% deposit. We accept cash or e-transfer. The full cancellation and payment policy is included below.

Will my order look exactly like a photo?

Our photos feature actual Rustic Box creations. Ingredients and finishing details change with seasonal and market availability, giving every order its own thoughtful presentation.

Cancellation & payment policy

We purchase ingredients for each order to keep food fresh and reduce waste. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

  • Boxes and boards: Full payment is required when you place your order. Cancel at least 72 hours before pickup or delivery for a full refund. For later cancellations, we refund any amount not already spent on ingredients or preparation for your order. Once preparation has begun within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, the prepared portion is non-refundable.
  • Grazing tables and larger events: A 50% deposit is required when you place your order to reserve your date and is applied to your total. The remaining balance is due before your event at the time agreed upon in your order confirmation. Cancel at least 14 days before the event for a full refund, including the deposit. Cancellations 7–13 days before the event forfeit the deposit. Within 7 days, any refund depends on costs already committed and work completed.
  • Date changes: We will try to accommodate one date change, subject to availability and ingredients already purchased.

We currently accept cash or e-transfer. After we confirm availability and your final total, payment is required to place the order: full payment for boxes and boards, or a 50% deposit for grazing tables and larger events. We will provide payment details with your confirmation. Sending this request does not confirm your booking.
